ANDOVER , Mass. — Leaders from a variety of local and national volunteer organizations are working together to help Massachusetts communities recover from the flooding that occurred in mid-May. The Massachusetts Voluntary Organizations Active in Disasters (MAVOAD) will hold its next meeting June 29 at the United Way of Merrimack Valley in Haverhill to continue mapping out a long-term recovery strategy.
