      NEW ORLEANS, La. — Chairman Donald E. Powell, federal coordinator of Gulf Coast Rebuilding, announced today the President has made additional disaster assistance available to the State of Louisiana for 100 percent federal funding for debris removal in five Louisiana parishes.
