      AUSTIN, Texas — Families and individuals who suffered damage from Hurricane Rita have been approved to receive more than $955.9 million in disaster assistance, including grants from the U. S.     • More Than $2.5 Million in Disaster Funds Approved for Maine

      NEWINGTON, N.H. — Homeowners, renters and business owners in Maine who were affected by the flooding of May, 2006 have been approved to receive $2, 548,226 in assistance from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
