There will be several mobile facilities that operate for a few days each at multiple locations throughout York and Cumberland counties. A fixed site in each county will also continue to operate. Residents can visit any location that is convenient for them. Current operating hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday for all locations.
